Can you add 1 sofa/fodable bed on one of the apartments ? we are 9 people and would like to book 2 apartments if you can add 1 more bed .

Sorry but we don’t have any additionaly sofabeds, if you ad an extra person you would have to book one apartment for 4 people and one for 6 or 3 apartments for 4 people

If they fixed the musky smell and hot water issue I would recommend the apartment
I liked the neighborhood, but unfortunately we met a big problem during our stay at the apartment. The apartment was quite nice, but with a musky bad smell overall the apartment.
The apartment was lack of warm water for the first 2 days of our 3 days stay. On the 3rd day, they fixed the water but then it lacked heating for an entire day. Overall the response from the manager was really good and somehow I understand this problem arose on the weekend so shops and Installateurs were closed, but I think this problem is not something that just suddenly arose. They should check the property before they advertise it for rent.

Comfy beds, clean.
The key broke inside the lock. We were stuck outside our apartment for an hour in the middle of the night. He ended up making us pay 30 euros for the broken key, even though it wasn't our fault. I was very upset. There was no shampoo or conditioner or soap.

The communication was good. They brought us a blanket when we asked.
We had not enough bedding, we had to ask for more blanket because we were 4 persons (2adults, 2 kids) and we had only 2 beddings. The kitchen was a bad story: we had not enough cutlery and plates and glasses neither. The knives were useless, there was no microwave, and sponge for washing. It was cold and dark because it was a ground floor apartment, but we didn't know it before. The shutter didn't work, the beds were quite uncomfortable. When we arrived there was a smell of tobacco in the room. There wasn't a mop or a broom.

Disappointing
Location was good and near to my brother house.
The property was on first floor and there was no lift to go upstairs with my 4 luggage bags. Also the floor was very dirty, kitchen cupboards are also very dirty with food bits, sofa was old and leather was coming out, windows blinds were broken, shower was broken and sometimes no warm water there, it was really a bad experience with ZM apartments. It the night time like 3 o'clock someone was banging at the main door and disturbance. Also there were spiders in the room and my children were scared to sleep. If you come to England you will not have such a bad hotel for stay.
